How can I contact support from my VyprVPN App on iOS?

You can contact the Support Team directly through the VyprVPN App.

To contact Support:

  • Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines in the top left corner) on your device


  • Select Support from the menu


  • Select Contact Support


  • Fill out the requested information in the form provided (For connection related issues, you can send the support team you connection logs by clicking Include Connection Logs)


  • Click Send to Support to send the form to the Support Team
